A proud 49er, Kourtney began her journey at UNC Charlotte as an undergraduate and returned to serve the campus community in 2022. With a Bachelor’s degree from UNC Charlotte and a Master of Public Administration from Barry University, her passion lies in empowering students, supporting community growth and leadership through education and engagement.

As Program Director for Campus Engagement at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation within the Belk College of Business, Kourtney creates high-impact programs that spark innovation, cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets and connect students from all disciplines to experiential learning opportunities. Her work is guided by a deep belief in the power of community collaboration and the transformative impact of purposeful engagement.

Outside the office, you’ll likely find Kourtney volunteering with local nonprofits, mentoring future leaders through alumni and civic organizations or exploring Charlotte’s vibrant arts and culture scene with friends and family.
