Jules Monroe

With more than fifteen years’ experience in counseling new and existing businesses, Jules is
excited to be a part of the SBTDC network as a Business Counselor. Jules has owned her own
business coaching company, 1 to 1 Discovery. Before joining the SBTDC, she was Director of
the Women’s Business Center of Northern Virginia. She has written several books, both non-
fiction and fiction. She lived in Virginia long enough to be considered a “native” but now she’s
settled in North Carolina, delighted for the lighter traffic.
