Ava Gervan

Ava Gervan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2021 and a master’s degree in higher education from the University of Rochester in 2025. After completing her undergraduate studies, Ava served as the Special Events and Student Engagement Coordinator at the Center for Education Abroad at the University of Rochester.

Now relocated to Charlotte, NC, Ava serves as the Events and Marketing Coordinator for CO‑LAB within the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. In this role, she works with CO‑LAB members and the broader Charlotte community to plan events in CO‑LAB’s venue spaces. She also manages CO‑LAB’s marketing and social media channels.
