Ventureprise and UNC Charlotte Alumni Make Charlotte Inno’s Startups to Watch in 2021

On Friday Charlotte Inno announced their 2021 list of Startups to Watch and three UNC Charlotte and Ventureprise Alumni made the list.

To kick off the event and announcement on Friday, Dr. Margaret Kocherga, who recently graduated with her Ph.D. in Nanoscale Science (College of Liberal Arts & Sciences) and founded Light & Charge Solutions, was part of a panel with Ryan Kennedy. UNC Charlotte Alumnus ’04 and Co-Founder of Atom Power, discussing their recent milestones, what they are expecting in 2021 and how they were able to utilize UNC Charlotte resources for commercialization.

Ciara May, founder of ReBundle and Ventureprise alumnus was also a part of the list that featured 14 Charlotte startups to watch in 2021.
